Mixed Greens Chowder

Post  ander217 on 12/1/2010, 2:47 pm

This is a link to my MIL's favorite soup, Mixed Greens Chowder. The recipe was published in Southern Living several years ago. It makes a huge pot of chowder but I always cut the amounts in half.

It calls for collard, mustard, and turnip greens, potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, chicken broth, garlic, and bacon.
