I got my hands in the dirt - bulbs

Post  miinva on 2/20/2011, 7:55 pm

Today was a beautiful day, so we went outside and puttered around. I potted a dozen or so crocus bulbs in MM, and I have 30 or so more to go; crocuses, daffodils of exotic color, and tulips. I need to pick up some more pots because I don't have a good spot to put the bulbs in the ground. One of these days I'll come up with a master plan, but we hope to build a house at some point so I have the perfect excuse to procrastinate Smile

We haven't gotten my son's room cleaned out yet, but once we do I'll start some seeds in there! I'm so excited about my tiny epazote and winter savory sprouts, I can't wait to grow more.

This is EXACTLY what I did today as well....it was 37 and sunny!!! I sure hope my bulbs come up...I planted the exact same things, daff's, crocus and tulip. Smile

It was glorious to be out there putzing around.
