Welcome to the official Square Foot Gardening Forum.
There's lots to learn here by reading as a guest. However, if you become a member (it's free, ad free and spam-free) you'll have access to our large vermiculite databases, our seed exchange spreadsheets, Mel's Mix calculator, and many more members' pictures in the Gallery. Enjoy.

New from Pembroke, NC

Post  middleto6808 on 3/5/2011, 9:46 am

Hi Folks:

I'm a new member from Pembroke, NC in my first season of SF gardening. It's been an adventure so far, and I am hoping this forum will be a valuable source of advice.

Regards;
Tim

Welcome, Tim, to both the forum and to SFG! glad you\'re here

It really is an adventure, and a grand one at that! Smile If you don't have a copy of the book yet, you might want to pick one up or borrow it from the library, as it really is a great resource. There are many experienced folks here who are glad to help. We'd love to know about your thoughts and plans...and of course, we I love you pictures, too.

Happy gardening! flower

Welcome, Tim and family, from the great state of Maine.

I'm sure you will all enjoy this new adventure. We've all been there, just starting.

Mel's book is chock full of great advice and other things you can learn with experience.

Enjoy,
