well i done gone an done it, i planted some seeds last night after buying a grow light at menards friday had the other half write on the sides of the coffie cups what i planted in each one. heres a list of the things i started.

2- yellow tomatos
2- sweet peppers
2- green beans
2- snow peas
1- cantilope
1- kale
1- califlower
1- broccoli
1- spinch
1- summer squash
1- winter squash
1- goard
2- types of cucumbers
2- types of lettuce
1- cantalope

so's nows i cross my fingers, an pray a lot to the gardening gods

Keeping fingers crossed for you! We are trying a little home remedy this year to prevent damping off of our seedlings that we found online. We mixed up a diluted chamomile tea water solution to spray on the soil and plants and we also sprinkled all the trays with cinnamon after we planted.

I sure hope we are past the late winter after this next several days. I am getting so sick of freezes and snow. Good luck. I'll include you in my prayers for myself...lol.

This is a great list of veggies but I would make a suggestion for you. If you have the space outside already you can go ahead and plant the snow peas, lettuce, spinach and broccoli all outside in the garden straight from seed. I planted my snow peas in a hoop house about 2 weeks ago and they are coming up like mad. I also have spinach and lettuce sprouts all over without any cover at all. It looks like I live in about the same zone as you so you should be good to go! Good luck!

add zucchinni to that list now, i got the table top done tonight will take some pics soon as i find the camara. i went to the basement after i got home from work tonight an lo an behold the gardening gods are being nice to me theres a lettuce sprout about a quarter of an inch high in a cup. an the kale is jus breaking thru the soil can see a speck of green. crossin fingers an toes for the rest of the stuff. What a Face maybe this weekend if it stays nice i'll get it set up outside and mix the mm.
