Just a little bit jealous as I'm having my LAST salads of the season! Been growing lettuce through the winter, but most varieties have started to bolt, so going to have to wait until fall to plant again.

I'm only a little bit jealous. I'm still a couple days away from my first salad. I'm trying to behave and not harvest too early!

BRAVO BBG!

I savored every leaf on my first homegrown salad. Took me about half an hour to finish. Every leaf chewed to a pulp...LOL !

Had our second tonight... butter crunch, some radishes, swiss chard, and mesclun....

Said to wife, "We need to get some Caesar dressing for those heads of romaine...
