Well, the seeds are really good for you... And you can use the stems to make linen (from what I understand).

I have seed, but haven't tried it yet. It's hopefully going to make the garden or in buckets this year...

LOL! I know you have seeds. It's your spreadsheet that got me curious about growing flax. rofl I think I'll delete it from the list and keep buying my flax seed at the health food store. I just thought maybe I was missing some hidden benefit to growing my own. thinking
