What made me smile today ...

Received a piece of mail from my HOA today.

After photographing, checking for explosives, sharp objects, chemical, biological or radiological agents ..... I gingerly opened it, expecting the worst ......


"Reminder, our annual XXXX Homeowners Association Meeting will be held on xxxxxx .....

We wish to advise everyone that several positions are open for nomination, including the Chairman position"

Can anyone say ...

PAYBACK TIME .... Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

I see mandatory SFG boxes in every yard for the upcoming year !!!!

Generally even when you are on the board you have to follow rules, however you can actively work to change the rules much easier when on the board. At least that has been my experience. Best of luck!!

LOL .... not only will I mandate SFG's in every yard, I'll require each one to have at least one Rampicante Squash !!!!!!!!!! ....just for Megan Very Happy

I lived in one of those places insouth carolina , that same kind mentioned were other people tell you what you can and cant do, our neihbor was such a pain I finally got permission to put up a 8 foot privacy fence, a few weeks later I noticed my nosey neihbor peeking thru a knot hole,,,, I am so thankful to live in the country now where I can walk out back in my drawers if I want to without anyone tatling to a HOA
