A full 12 months of gardening completed!

Post  Chopper on 4/14/2011, 4:59 am

One of my goals was the have 12 months of crops - very doable here in the Southland - and the year ended about mid-March. I have posted the report on my blog and am now too tired to redo here. LOL. For those interested: CLICK HERE

It was fun and I enjoyed it but there is something to be said for having a few months off!

Awww, thanks. The other one is my son's. He is the one who got me started in SFG. Unfortunately for him, he just moved and then had to go to Poland for work and is now down here so has not gotten his garden going yet, although he has made a very pretty box for it. We both learned a lot this year. My shock was that his tomatoes never got sick. I thought it was inevitable which is why I decided to try spraying with fungicide this year and see how it goes. How exciting would that be to have healthy tomato plants!!??
