I love the crunchy stems the leaves were just a bit bitter but maybe if I had cooked it they would mellow out. Aphids love them too.

A good source for any kind of veggie recipe is www.vegetariantimes.com. I am not a vegetarian, but do eat meatless regularly and am a suscriber to their magazine. I get bored easily with eating the same foods and this has really helped me to expand my veggie repertoire.
