First (small) salad & herbs for dinner tonight

Post  sfg4uKim on 4/20/2011, 9:54 pm

Enjoyed my fresh, although small, salad of gourmet lettuces and mesclun blend. Loved the fresh parsley, chives and oregano for the pierogi & veggies. Really brightened up the dish.

Let the eating begin!

Kim

uh Boff, remember what happened the last time I tried to take photos. Embarassed

Also had to get ready for an Easter concert, so had to wolf down my dinner.
