What do you want to see here?

Post  dizzygardener on 5/9/2011, 12:46 pm

Hey everyone!

There are a lot of folks from our region on the forums, but not a lot of activity here. I'd like to change that, but I need your help. What would you like to see here?

If you have anything to share please do!

I'm in that thin strip of north eastern NC that seems to fall into the lower south, but only a mile or two over is middle south. I like to meddle in both regions. You've got a variety of climates right in one state and you need to cover many. Links to NCSU would probably help out, and later in the year dealing with hurricanes will be a topic. Some of the area can probably take almost year round gardening with some HH help. Red clay and beach sand are all part of the region. So take your pick. I'll read it all.

Kay, I may be RH for Lower South, but I'm kinda close to the line too, so I visit here often too.

For red clay, either make pottery or grow Southern Peas......
