Ichiban Eggplant question

Ichiban Eggplant question

I am growing ichiban II eggplant and was excited to see tiny babies forming but was suprised by their color Shocked . They are white do they all start out white or are they a white eggplants like Gretal eggplants?

I really think you have the white Ichican.
They are delicious and you dont have to
remove the skin. Good luck and enjoy!

They turned purple Shocked . I will be taking pics this morning who knows when I will be able to post them.
