Howdy

Post  fireboy on 5/14/2011, 9:42 pm

Howdy, thanks to middlemamma for telling me about your site.

I'm real interested in above ground gardening. The
soil where I live SoCal, is contaminated with oil.
and the only gardening that I can do is above ground.

So, thanks for allowing me to join in!

Fireboy.

Just a short welcome as I am off to bed here, just gone 11pm. after a long day SFGing.

I am a newbie here as well, a couple of weeks, and already I have learned lots, as will you.

Welcome. I think NOT gardening in So Cal when we have such mild weather is against nature.

SFG does seem to be a solution to the oil in the soil problem. I am wondering, are you putting a barrier between the box and the soil? Not sure if it is needed but wondering what you were thinking of doing.

Fireboy,
I just have to say I love my table top. They are so easy to take care of and the plants are right there where you can realy get a good look at them.
