What is this and how can I get rid of it?

Here is a picture of a nasty little worm like bug that is eatign my bean plants. What si the best way to deal with these little creatures?

Worm you say?

Two letters... BT. That's Bacillus Thuringiensis. You can get it at your local garden supply (probably not the big box stores). One popular brand is DiPel.

Another brand to look for is Thuricide.
