This thread is more about being a guy than it is about gardening!

Hmmm...now we know the origin of the phrase: "He's joshing me!" rofl

I suggest we all take our computers out to our carrot beds, the bull here will help us all grow big carrots.

That's a big one, Josh, for sure. If that's full of MM, it would just about fill two 4x4 boxes!

@boffer wrote: I was going to have to resort to treachery and trickery

Ok so I fixed up the photo a little.

However in my mind that was exactly how I wanted it to be! My dad said no it would be to hard to build and stand up and my mom said it would take way to much Mel's mix, so I had to reduce it in size a little.

Boffer I have been asking for opinions on who they thought would win (more trash talk) me or you, and I didn't get any direct answers, it seemed maybe some were leaning your way, but I'm thinking it's going to be like this:

My giant carrot: (cursor from froum)
Jos BC

Your giant carrot:
boffer's BC ha ha ha

Hey, Josh, remember the old adage: "There are foxes.....and there are OLD foxes." (That's the note we left on the car window of PapaVino's son after the kids had decorated our honeymoon getaway car with all sorts of messages, streamers, tin cans....we cut off the cans and stripped off the streamers, stuffed them into son's car and drove the paper mill--PapaV being a superintendent there--where there was a drive-through car wash!) Age, trickery, treachery trumps youth 9 times out of 10.
