welcome from Hawaii

just rejoined i'm in Kailua Kona, Hawaii live at the 700 to 800 ' level. have growen mostly vegs. and hot peppers of all kinds in raised beds, just made a SQ foot garden 4 x 10 to try this year.will help anyone just ask.

Welcome to the SFG forum. Glad to have another experienced gardener and one who is so willing to help others. On the forum there are several other folks gardening the SFG way in Hawaii. Will you be going to the Hawaii SFG Symposium with Mel and staff?

I lived on Oahu for a few years. Visited Kona once. I loved it. I rented a bike and road the iron man bike route. Beautiful island for sure. Maybe you can be the first to grow a papaya tree in a SFG.
