It is such a joy to watch my 4 yr. old grandaughter as she relishes my SFG. Every day, the two of us "inspect" the SFG. She rushes out to see what is going on. Her fave is the Mickdy Dee watermelons. She loves watermelon and rushes to inspect them. She walks over to the bed they are growing in, and pats and talks to them and to me. Tonight, as she patted them, she looked at me and said, "Lovie, (her name for me) we are gonna eat these watermelons aren't we?" I had to tell her to NOT twist the melons on their stems as that might damage them. What great memories we are making in my humble little SFG's. Thanks, Mel. I bet you didin't know you were going to create such memories with this new gardening method did you?
