Post  MarcyG on 7/14/2011, 12:50 pm

I found an adult on a leave of my squash plant I killed it now I'm freaking out cause I lost all my squash last year to these sob's. How do I know if it has gotten to the vine or not.

http://www.gardensalive.com/article.asp?ai=804 <~~~ Some good info here.
I saw an adult laying eggs the other day so I am inspecting and wiping the base of my vines daily.

If you Google the SVB eggs, then click images you can see what the eggs look like before they hatch and bore into the vine base.
