Help me save my Cucumbers!

Post  milton_gardener on 8/13/2011, 1:33 pm

Hi everyone, I have a little problem in my garden that I hope you can help with. I have already lost my Zuchinis to Squash Borers last week, now I have this issue with my Cucs:

This plant was lush and green just 3 days ago, and has gotten steadily worse day by day. This is an english variety.

Here are some shots of the field cucumbers that are right beside it. One is looking pretty much dead, the other not too bad, save for the holes in the leaves. I wonder if the holes have anything to do with it.

I am wondering if anyone knows why this is happening and what if anything can be done about it now.

Thanks.
