Hello from Los Angeles

Post  SelenaMKI on 11/8/2011, 5:04 am

Hi! My name is Selena and I have a container garden blog called The Seated Gardener.

I can't believe it took me so long to discover SFG. Now that I have, I understand why some plants have done wonderfully and others not so well in my container garden.

I look forward to meeting others here and learning a lot more about the SFG method.

Here is a picture of my raised garden bed, which I purchased from Naturalyards.

Hi, Selena, glad you\'re here
Welcome to the forum. You'll find lots of help here.
I, too, suffer from fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue, and a few other auto-immune disorders. I'm so lucky to be in a spot where I can garden. It has helped me have my healthiest summer in 19 years. cheers
rock on
Lots of sunshine, water, and a little work every day helped me more than lots of meds, and the fresh vegetables were the greatest medicine I've had. I hope it helps you as much as it has me.
