Anyone taking advantage of the holiday deals for garden stuff?

Post  madnicmom on 11/29/2011, 10:22 pm

I'm eyeing a heat mat on amazon, now I'm off to check on some soaker hoses.

If you find something, can you tell us what/where you got.

I saw that heat mat lightning deal on Amazon and meant to come over here and post about it, but I guess I got distracted. It was one of those things where I was sorely tempted until I forced myself to remember just where I live!

LOL, yeah, I don't think you have the need for a heat mat. Up here, I'm usually about 6 inches under snow in January, when it's time to start the broccoli seeds. My sister is in Sugarland and tells me "winter" temps are in the 60's. Grrr!

I also saw a 25' soaker hose for $10ish.
