Just got back from dinner to watch the NY ball drop. Now time for 2 rental movies until our midnight.

Did any one see the Dubai fireworks this late morning? I saw it on FOX News - going for the Guinness Record for largest display. Just way too much $$ over there!

Happy New Year, Everybody!  My New Year resolution is to follow this chart more closely.

With the help of my SFGs, Mels books and this forum, it should be a piece of...umm..broccoli!

Bring on the green smoothies!

Oh yes!  Dr. Fuhrman gave all foods a nutrient density score.  It relates to nutrients per calories.  The higher the number the more nutrients per the same amount of calories as other foods.  His formula: Health = Nutrients / Calories (H=N/C)

It's explained better here: http://www.drfuhrman.com/library/article17.aspx

It's called an ANDI score and it's used by Whole Foods  markets as a marketing angle.
http://slowfoodfast.wordpress.com/2012/02/07/andi-scores-whole-foods-and-diet-scheme-cha-ching/

I have never been to a Whole Foods or even a trader Joe's. Maybe I should make that one of my New Year resolutions.... to check these places out.  What a Face

CC have you seen this site? It's a tremendous  source of nutritional information.
http://nutritiondata.self.com/
Another of my New Year efforts will be to eat more food that has less inflammatory effect.
