Mel's Mix Geraniums

Post  squaredeal on 1/9/2012, 12:18 pm

I bought some beautiful hybrid geraniums when they were on sale and made some cuttings, dipped the ends in Rootone, and planted them in my extra Mel's mix, and placed the container on my east-facing window. A few weeks later and this is what they look like now.

It looks great. I love geraniums as they will take all levels of neglect. But man, if you take care of them they really look good!

Those look fabulous! I have quite a few on porch right now and they always die back during winter. I like the idea of going out and getting some clippings for spring. Thanks for posting!
