One down, 4 to go!

Post  capecodphoto on 4/1/2010, 12:18 pm

So it finally stopped raining here on Cape Cod and I was able to get in my garden this morning. I already have 5 raised beds established so I got to work on the first....I planted spinach, beets, radish and peas. I marked the spots with knives on which I wrote on what I planted so I can keep track. I left some spots free to plant the next batch in a couple of weeks. I also built the trellis with the help of a lovely woman at home depot. Each large L shaped bed will hold 32 spots....I know I will be sharing my harvest with the neighborhood this year! Very excited to see what comes of SFG in my beds.

Nice looking garden spot. Congrats on getting them done.
Be sure to post some pics once everything starts growing.
